G12 is a large-size, multifunctional 3D printer.

Design of screw extrusion nozzle with strong extrusion force: it can be used with any plastic particles and recycled materials, and has the potential of sustainable development. For large and fast printing, the extruder uses a nozzle with a maximum diameter of 3mm; Smaller nozzles are used to obtain higher quality printing. Large size: print flow of 5 pounds per hour can be realized. According to the test data of Piocreat, the total printing time is 9 hours and 36 minutes, and the total height is 50 cm.


At present, 3D printing filaments on the market are basically products that melt and extrude plastic particles. Thanks to the unique particle extrusion design of Piocreat G series 3D printing equipment, many users may be able to print large-size products without purchasing filaments, greatly saving costs and improving efficiency. According to the official statement of Piocreat R & D team, customers can buy particles directly from wholesalers for printing. Then, the plastic particles are sucked to the upper end of the print head through a vacuum suction device, and then pass through the three heating cylinders of the print head. In the cylinder, the materials are melted, mixed and extruded through the rotation of the screw. Piocreat3D company said that G12 can greatly increase the printing volume, and the comprehensive performance of machine printing is about three times faster than that of FDM printer. Whether PLA, ABS or other polymer raw materials, particle printers can process more materials, including customized materials.

It is reported that G12 has a competitive advantage in price. At present, the selling price of foreign granular 3D printing equipment is about US $50000 (about RMB 330000) or higher. Therefore, G12 may be an excellent choice for users in need. Although the domestic industrial 3D printing market is growing, many enterprises (especially start-ups) are still suppressed due to small budgets and mainly rely on imported equipment and materials.
