1.What is FGF pellet 3D printer?

FGF is short of Fused Granules Fabrication; FGF pellet 3D printer works by heating and rotating the threaded rod in extruder to melt and extrude materials rapidly and efficiently to build parts by depositing materials layer by layer.

2.What is the different between FGF and FMD 3D printing;

FGF additive manufacturing is similar with fused filament fabrication(FFF/FMD) technology, but FGF 3D printers use plastic pellets as raw materials, plastic pellets are melted in extruder with high temperature, and then extruded by threaded rod with high pressure to build parts by depositing materials layer by layer; with the advantages of strong extruding power, big extruder output and rapid extruding, FGF pellet 3D printers are ideal for industrial purpose and large format 3D printing;

FGF 3D printing fabricates parts by melting plastic pellets directly to avoid material performance lose during melting process which is necessary for EDM 3D printing to make filaments, which leads to its excellent adaptability of printing materials, lower material cost and more excellent performance of the parts, FGF 3D printing is more environmental friendly too; at the same time, filament broken problem of FDM 3D printing is perfectly solved;


3.What are the advantages of FGF granulator 3D printer?

FGF 3D printers heats and rotates the threaded rod in extruder with high temperature and high power to fully plasticize materials to print more excellent performance parts;

With the advantages of big extrusion volume and stable extruding, combined with constant feeding device, FGF 3D printer could highly improve production efficiency and short working time, it is ideal for large format industrial purpose 3D printing;

4.What kind of materials are workable in FGF pellet 3D printer?

FGF 3D printers have excellent material adaptability; one is traditional commercial thermoplastics and recycle materials, such as PVC, PLA, PETG, ABS, PA, HDPE, TPU, TPE, etc; those materials are easy to buy with low price; manufacturing cost could be highly reduced; another is special materials or modified materials specially designed for specific industrial purpose with requirement of high strength and high temperature resistance; such as PEEK, PEKK, PPUS, Ultem, PA+GF, PC+GF, etc; FGF 3D printer could even print metal, such as alumina, zirconia, etc;

5.What is the requirement of materials for PioCreat3D FGF pellet 3D printer?

Extrusion grade pellets, diameter between 2mm to 5mm.

6.What is the extrusion volume of PioCreat FGF pellet 3D printers?

Max extrusion volume 400g/h for G5; max extrusion volume 5kgs/h for G12, and max extrusion volume 25kgs/h for G40; while extrusion volume of FDM 3D printer is 40g to 50g per hour;

7.What is the printing accuracy of PioCreat FGF pellet 3D printers?

PioCreat FGF 3D printers are equipped with optional 0.4mm to 8mm nozzle with 0.05mm re-positioning accuracy and minimum 0.1mm layer thickness;


8.What is the travel speed of PioCreat FGF pellet 3D printers?

9.How long does PioCreat FGF 3D printers take to print parts?

The printing time depends on materials, shape and size of the parts; PioCreat FGF 3D printers are equipped with self-developed extruder and big size nozzle to provide large and stable extruding output, printing ability is better than similar products in the market.

10.Could heating cover be added on G5?  

Yes, (heating cover is suggested to use when printing ABS);

11.Whatis the build size of PioCreat3D FGF pellet 3D printers?

G5 of PioCreat3D with build size of 500*500*500mm, it is the first desktop pellet 3D printer in the world; Medium FGF 3D printer G12 with build size of 1200*1000*1000mm; large FGF 3D printer G40 with 3725*2500*1330mm build size and 5 axis CNC router, it is a combination of additive manufacturing and subtractive manufacturing machine;

12.How to clear materials  ? How to change to another materials  ?

FGF 3D Printers printing spare parts properties nearly as an injection  ! But FDM 3D Printer printing only arrived about 30%-50%...

 

14.Can you sell only FGF Extruder kit ?

Actually ,we can’t sell the extruder kit , it is research by our research team ,and it is have applied patent., if you have the ability to do use other machine ,we can give u favor sell you , but no warranty if you happened anything  when you do fabrication install to other machines ! notice PLS.

 

15.Does your products have the warranty? Have sale services ?

16.Can FGF pellet 3D printers print PEEK materials?

Sorry ,G5  can’t Printing peek , but our items is doing upgrade , And recently we are do testing before launched in market ! besides , we have researched high tempature 3d printer mainly printing the complicated material on the market , included peek , metal and others !
