Tensile test: Ultimate pull, high strength

According to ASTM, ISO and other industrial standards, the flexible resin is tested for material mechanical properties such as tensile, tear and compression, and the elastic modulus, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation at break and stress-strain curve of the material are tested.
The performance of the flexible resin is also quite awesome, with the tensile strength of 21.59mpa and the elongation at break of 560%, while the common light cured elastic materials are 15MPa and 250%, which indicates that the piocreat flexible resin has better mechanical properties and is easier to withstand tension and tear.

Impact test: notch strong impact, high toughness

For the toughness resin, piocreat conducted notch impact test on it.
Place the material on the professional instrument to test the impact strength of the material under the impact load. It reflects the ability of different materials to resist damage caused by high-speed impact, and is also an important performance index in engineering applications.
According to the test, the impact strength of piocreat ductile resin is 4.17 kJ / m2, which reaches the impact strength of nylon, showing excellent toughness and meeting the needs of industrial applications. It is suitable for manufacturing tooling fixtures, electrical housings, auto parts, medical protective devices and other applications requiring high impact strength.
