1. Z-axis abnormality
1.1. The shaft keeps rising
1.2. First return to zero and check whether Z-axis works normally;
1.3 Check whether the CR touch is on: if the red light is on, it indicates that the CR touch is abnormal, and it is recommended to re plug the CRtouch cable and restart the machine; If the light is purple, it works normally; If the light is not on, the CRtouch is damaged and needs to be replaced;
1.4. Z-axis jitter does not rise;
1.5 Check whether the motor wire is loose;
1.6 Check whether the drive cable is normal;
2. No feeding
2.1 Material cannot be sucked during feeding;
2.2 Check whether the air pump is powered on normally;
2.3 Check whether the air pressure of the barometer exceeds 0.8Mpa;
2.4 Check whether the cover of the storage hopper is installed properly, or it will leak;
3. Insufficient suction during feeding
3.1 Check whether the air pressure of the air pump is insufficient, and replace the high power air pump;
3.2 Check whether the air pipe leaks;
4. U disk reading problem - U disk does not work and seems to be broken
4.1 Use the replacement method to check the USB flash disk.
4.2 Try to format the USB stick. If it cannot be formatted, replace the USB stick or contact the after-sales service personnel.
4.3 There is no response after inserting the USB flash disk, or the file cannot be found
4.4 Format the USB flash disk.
4.5 Reload the USB flash disk.
4.6 Refresh the USB flash disk.
4.7 If the computer can normally read the USB flash disk, replace the USB flash disk or contact the after-sales service personnel.
