Piocreat:The printed model of the luminous characters 3D printer can't stick or the outer wall is hit several times?

2021/12/17

In order to facilitate the glue filling process, the luminous 3D printer uses a glass platform, and the viscosity of the first layer is insufficient, which will cause problems such as the printing model cannot be stuck. Therefore, we usually apply platform glue on the first layer, or print some skirts to solve this kind of problem. Of course, in order to increase the viscosity, we can also squeeze a little when printing the first layer. The following is a solution compiled by the editor of Chuangxiang Sandi for everyone, I hope it can be helpful.

The printed model cannot be stuck:

1. Before printing, you need to apply a layer of glue, (if there is no glue, you can also paste masking paper.) Increase the adhesion of the platform;

2. When slicing, add platform attachment type, skirt or lace.

3. When printing, the bottom layer needs to be flattened, if not, it is recommended to level it again.

4. It is recommended to increase the temperature of the hot bed by 5-10 degrees.

5. The bottom printing speed can be appropriately reduced, generally set to 15-20mm/s.

When printing, the outer wall appeared several times:

1. It is recommended that the customer send the SVG file over and check whether it is processed by the "wire frame" before exporting.

2. Check whether the creatwit parameter is set normally.
