Due to the different structures of black-and-white screens, the requirements for light sources are also different. Vertical light and uniform light can better act on the black-and-white screens, resulting in some equipment model edges not being solidified. At the same time, many traditional resins do not work well on black-and-white screens, which also causes some printing quality problems. Major suppliers are constantly testing and optimizing.

Finally, the service life of the screen
Compared with the color screen, the manufacturer has optimized the LCD process and materials to improve the transmittance. Therefore, the screen does not need long-term strong ultraviolet irradiation, so the life of the current black-and-white screen is qualitatively different from that of the color screen. The life of the current black-and-white screen is theoretically more than 2000 hours.
