PDS is essentially PLA with added components and is not recommended for outdoor signage due to its limited durability under external conditions. On the other hand, PETG is specifically designed for creating channel letters and is an exceptional choice for both outdoor and indoor signage, thanks to its enhanced material properties that cater well to the demands of exposure to the elements.
We offer a variety of filament colors in both opaque and transparent finishes. Our opaque (shading) filaments come in white, black, yellow, and silver. For transparent filaments, the color options include white, orange, blue, yellow, green, and red.

The Channel Letter 3D Printer operates using our proprietary software, which can be downloaded from our official website. Additionally, it is compatible with third-party Cura software and is capable of printing 3D models.

To determine the amount of material needed for 3D printing a channel letter, you can import the 3D model of the letter into our slicing software. Our software will provide an accurate calculation of the required consumables.

For instance, a letter that stands 300mm tall can be printed by the K8 model in approximately 22 minutes.
