Basic Materials



Piocreat TPU is a polyester 3D printing particle. The appearance of the product is transparent, translucent or colored particles. The product does not contain plasticizers and has excellent mechanical properties, elasticity and wear resistance.



The reason why ABS engineering plastics are loved by the public is that they have the characteristics of heat resistance, impact resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, excellent electrical properties, and stable product dimensions.



Polylactic acid, or PLA, is a material renowned for its biodegradability and compatibility with biological systems. It boasts desirable qualities such as excellent gloss, transparency, texture, and heat resistance. PLA is produced from corn starch, highlighting its environmental friendliness.



PETG is a transparent, amorphous copolyester. PETG sheet boasts outstanding toughness and high impact strength. Its impact strength is three to ten times that of modified polyacrylates, and it has a wide processing range, high mechanical strength, and excellent flexibility.



Polypropylene, referred to as PP, is a polymer made from propylene through addition polymerization. Among general-purpose plastics, PP boasts good heat resistance, with its heat deformation temperature ranging from 80 to 100°C, allowing it to withstand boiling in water.



PEEK possesses characteristics such as high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, and wear resistance. This material is primarily used in the aerospace, automotive industry, electronics, electrical, and medical equipment fields.



It is made of ABS raw material as the base material, with additions including carbon fiber, carbon black, and polymer anti-static masterbatch, among others. It is widely used in stylus pens, chip trays, electronic component packaging boards, boards and more.



PC-CF is based on PC raw materials and is mixed with carbon fiber, carbon black, metal fiber, metal powder, and permanent anti-static masterbatch. It can be used in tweezers, camera casings, electrical appliance casings, and electronic spare parts.



PioCreat PETG-GF is a glass fiber-reinforced PETG pellet, containing 10% glass fiber by mass, and is designed for mid-area additive manufacturing (MAAM) technology. It boasts excellent printability and cost-effectiveness.



RAHT-CF is easy to print, with no warping and high Z-axis strength. It is more chemically resistant than most PA grades and can withstand high temperatures up to 150°C. It can be used in industrial jigs, fixtures, automotive parts, and drone parts.
